The exhibition "Art is Good for your Mental Health" went well with many local artists getting together to display work relating to the theme. The opening day was a creative hub, with craft stalls, bands and entertainment throughout the day, all in aid of Time to Change. The charity helps to combat the stigma associated with mental illness and encourages creativity as a way of keeping good mental health. I helped put up and take down this exhibition and can now say I'm pretty damn good with a drill. The exhibition was curated by my good friend Mindy Goose.
